Should I contact my own insurance company even if the accident was not my fault?

Contact your insurance company to notify them in the event of an accident. Your insurance company can help speed up a claim no matter who is at fault. CSI Collision Specialist provides assistance with processing your insurance claims once your vehicle is under our care.

Do I need an appointment for an estimate?

If you are able to do so, it is recommended to make an appointment with a CSI Collision Specialist representative in order to receive the most professional and accurate estimate. Do not attempt to drive your vehicle if it is unsafe to do so.
